Configuration of GSM Line Hosting will be done by certified expert.
It takes up to 4 hours on the scheduled day to setup the GSM hosting as the SIM cards have to be delivered & installed at our secure Mombasa Road Data Centre
Before delivering the SIM cards to Cloud One Office , Customer to ensure that call forwarding is enabled & active from GSM line to your preferred number in order to receive calls while the setup is in progress. Refer to your GSM line provider for call forwarding procedure details.
Customer provides GSM PIN to Cloud One Setup team to configure the cards on the GSM Gateway
Customer provides designated email address to receive SMS to email from noreply@cloudone.co
GSM line credit top up & keeping line active is the customer's responsibility
