For warranty claims to be valid, the affected product must be brought to our office for inspection and repair or replacement, as determined by our technical team.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:

  1. Original Purchase Receipt: This document serves as proof of purchase and will be used to verify the warranty period.
  2. Delivery Note: This document confirms the delivery of the product and can provide additional details about the purchase.
  3. Products purchased from non authorised channel partners (grey market) are not eligible for local warranty
  4. Description of Issue in detail
    1. Devices must have latest firmware installed if you can access it
    2. Did you encounter the issue in the process of an upgrade? If yes, describe the issue you encountered
    3. What is the current behavior you observe?
    4. What steps you have taken to solve the issue
    5. What would be the expected behavior?
    6. Please provide a screenshot or a video
  5. Obtain a RMA number from the support team prior to returning the device. 
    Any items returned without a RMA number will not be worked on
  6. Devices will be reset to factory settings during inspection & testing
    Please ensure you have a valid backup to enable you restore your settings
  7. Devices out of warranty will be charged a prepaid testing fee of Ksh 2,500

The affected product(s) will need to be returned to our designated service center for inspection and repair or replacement, as determined by our technical team. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit & has a RMA number

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by:
    • Power fluctuations, Accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.  
    • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions, such as water spillage, heat, cold, humidity, or dust.
    • Acts of God, such as lightning strikes, floods, or earthquakes.
    • Improper maintenance or cleaning.
    • Use of incompatible products or accessories.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or fuses.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
  • Software or firmware issues, including viruses, malware, or data loss.
  • Service and software licenses.
