Self-Managed BCS: 30-Day Free Trial
Our Self-Managed Business Communication Suite comes with a 30-day free trial, allowing you to explore its full range of features, including local hosting, high-quality VoIP, and seamless integration with Cloud One and Yeastar Appliance PBX Systems, at no cost. Technical expertise is required to configure and manage the system during the trial. If you decide not to continue after the trial, simply cancel before the 30-day period ends, and no charges will be applied. Managed BCS: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For our Managed Business Communication Suite, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee to ensure your peace of mind. If you are not fully satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund, excluding any consumed talk time. To be eligible, contact our support team at hello@cloudone.co or +254207900000 within the 7-day period and provide your account details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note that this guarantee applies only to the initial subscription period and does not cover additional services, such as premium support tickets or optional add-ons.
Exclusions and Conditions
- The 30-day free trial for Self-Managed BCS and the 7-day money-back guarantee for Managed BCS are available only for new subscribers and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Refunds for Managed BCS exclude any consumed talk time, setup fees, support ticket fees, or third-party service fees (e.g., SIP trunk configuration charges).
- Abuse of the trial or refund policy, such as repeated sign-ups to extend trial periods, may result in ineligibility for future trials or refunds.
- For cancellations or refund requests, please ensure compliance with the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
