  2. Zero setup fee is only applicable if a customer agrees to a 3-year contract term. Customers are liable to pay for a penalty fee as per the terms and conditions.

Keep in mind that Cloud One Phone Systems cannot be compared to a simple office package, Phone Systems are more complex, as it operates with phone hardware, SIP providers and Gateways. These setup, configurations, support & training adds cost, time & resources and therefore can not be offered free of charge. Setup of a complete VoIP Phone System takes time. 
The following is included in a Semi Managed Phone system setup.

      4. ✅ Ready for outgoing calls with initial Cloud One talk time of KES 1000 
      5. ✅ Bundled IVR Prompt Creation 
      6. ✅ Bundled Call Queue configurations for Inbound & outbound call routing for Cloud One SIP trunk
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  1. Customer must have a functioning LAN with a reliable ISP Connection & Static ISP IP Address.
  2. Customer is responsible for switch, firewall & QOS configuration at site.

​After completion, users will be able to call & receive calls from any network & internal users

  1. Yealink IP Phone Setup fee is waived under the following terms: 
  1. Initial IP Phone Auto Provisioning will be done at Cloud One, If Customer has selected Wi-Fi Phones, they must provide existing Wi-Fi Network settings, credentials and SSID.
  2. Customer will collect pre-configured phones from Cloud One Office
  3. Customer Network is running a DHCP Server & IP Phones must be able to connect to the Internet
  4. Subsequent configuration files will be downloaded from Cloud One Phone Provisioning Server. If the IP Phone prompts for credentials, then the customer must input the following:
    Username: Enter the extension number that is assigned to the phone
    Password: Enter the extension's Voicemail Access PIN per user extension welcome email
  5. Customer Network must have PoE support to power the IP Phones
  6. Customer must unbox the IP Phones & plug the Ethernet Cable to the Internet port to the PoE Switch​
    If the specified conditions are not fulfilled, a Yealink IP Phone Setup fee will apply.​
