By having these contacts, we can streamline the invoicing process, improve helpdesk ticket management, efficiently create e-contracts, and generate effective sales quotations, all while ensuring a seamless experience on our portal.
By submitting this form, the customer’s contact person acknowledges and confirms their authority to complete this form on behalf of the organization and agrees to inform Cloud One Ltd of any changes to the details provided below.

For compliance with Kenya's Electronic Signature Law, as governed by the Information and Communications Act, any document requires the signatures of both the customer's authorized contact and the customer's project manager, witnessed by each other. If the same person holds both roles, then the documents must be signed by the authorised contact and a customer appointed witness.
The Customer Authorised Contact & Customer Witness MUST NOT be the same person

We will set up the necessary portal contacts in our system and send the service application form to the authorized contact and project manager for their signatures. After signing the service application form, our team will create a project and share the details with the customer project manager
