The customer project manager will be our main contact at your organisation & responsible for issuing change management instructions to Cloud One
If the Project Manager & Authorised Contact is same person i.e holds both roles, then the documents must be signed by the authorised contact and a customer appointed witness to comply with Kenya's Electronic Signature Law, as governed by the Information and Communications Act.
The Customer Authorised Contact & Customer Witness MUST NOT be the same person.

Accounts Payable Contact *

The accounts payable will be sent invoices & statements from our system

Technical Support Contact *

Responsible for any technical & support issues on the customer end & will be notified of all helpdesk tickets from our system

What if the there is a person that has over lapping customer roles in our entity?

If you hold several positions, re-enter the same contact information as needed.

For compliance with Kenya's Electronic Signature Law, as governed by the Information and Communications Act, any document requires the signatures of both the customer's authorized contact and the customer's project manager, witnessed by each other. If the same person holds both roles, then the documents must be signed by the authorised contact and a customer appointed witness.

The Customer Authorised Contact & Customer Witness MUST NOT be the same person

What happens after submitting this form?

We will set up the necessary portal contacts in our system and send the service application form to the authorized contact and project manager for their signatures. After signing the service application form, our team will create a project and share the details with the customer project manager
