GSM Hosting Setup Fee
Configuration of GSM Line Hosting is done by certified expert.
Setting up the GSM line hosting may take up to 4 hours on the scheduled day, as the SIM cards need to be delivered and installed at our secure Data Centre located on Mombasa Road. Prior to the delivery of the SIM cards to the Cloud One Office, the customer must ensure that call forwarding is activated from the GSM line to their preferred number to receive calls during the setup process. For details on how to enable call forwarding, please consult your GSM line provider. The customer is required to provide the GSM PIN to the Cloud One Setup team for the configuration of the cards on the GSM Gateway. Additionally, the customer should provide a designated email address to receive SMS notifications from noreply@cloudone.co. It is the customer's responsibility to top up the GSM line credit and keep the line active.

The specific amount of the setup fee can vary depending on factors like the number of GSM lines, service features, hardware specifications, and the service provider.
